PriceSpidey monitors publicly available pricing data on third-party websites. You acknowledge that we do not own, control, or operate these third-party websites.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY PRICING DATA. Website structures change frequently, and our scanners may fail or report incorrect data. You should not rely solely on this Service for critical financial decisions.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, F4 LABS AS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
• ANY ERRORS OR INACCURACIES IN PRICING DATA;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID THE COMPANY IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to conduct excessive crawling that degrades the performance of third-party websites. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the extracted data complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service.

6. Subscriptions & Refunds

Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial months or for service interruptions caused by third-party website changes (e.g., if a competitor blocks our bot).
